Every Day I get a reminder e-mail which is nor feasible. It says that I am 7 days behind schedule with 1/3 of the tests due. Which is not correct because every day I repeated all of the tests due.
May be its a problem to use more than one device. I'm using a phone and a tablet. The statistic shows different values on the two devices.

Please tell me how do you repeat the tests ?

There are three testing modes:
- Tests that are due
- Failed or new tests
- All active tests

Only the first ("Tests that are due") out of these three modes has any effect on when the tested cards are due.

Do you use this testing mode or the other modes ? If you really use the first mode (and go through all the tests that PocketCram app presents to you) then the problem is somewhere else and I would have to ask you more questions.

I use the first mode ("Tests that are due") until there are no more tests due. For example today 300 and something tests had been due.
Shortly after midnight I've received a mail with:

Current status: 3107 tests due (Ital 2.1, Ital 1.4, Ital 3.2 and others).
You were supposed to test some of your cards 58 days ago.

My total cards are 3110.

Do you need any further information?

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. It could be because the learning state is different between the two devices and both devices send different e-mails, if the feature is enabled at both devices. The learning state should be synchronized when you synchronize both devices with the server.

Your answer was quite helpful. Thanks. The learning state is now being synchronized. The only thing which remains is that the statistics showing the progress is somehow mixed up on both devices. The overall sum is correct but the graph has some holes in it. When I used device 1 for a while the graph on dev 2 suggests that I had forgotten some of the cards. To me it seems as if the history is not synchronized. Is that possible?

I am glad that this was the correct explanation.

Regarding the progress history: It is based on the learning state so lack of sychronization may explain holes. Also smaller holes may be explained by cards that were considered to be "memorized" but which turned due. These are not considered to be "memorized" until you test them again. If you do not test them fast enough then the number of "memorized" cards drops until you do test them.

The next version (ready but not fully tested yet) of the app is slightly different - cards that were considered to be "memorized" but have turned due will no longer be considered "memorized" after two days (instead of immediately) of being due in order to give the users some time for testing.

I am afraid the system may be becoming too complex and nobody will understand it ...

How do the holes look like ? Small temporary decreases or temporary decreases to zero ?
